Service Description

Strengthen and lengthen your body in one one-on-one training with Alina, improve your flexibility, and joint mobility to support better alignment and posture. Curated workouts strengthen the muscles around the shoulders, upper back, and hips, while encouraging mobility and flexibility at the joints which are crucial for maintaining good posture. All while being low impact and gentle on your joints. Your training will also incorporate stretches that release tension in tight muscles, such as the chest, hip flexors, and hamstrings.
